Khadija Abounaim
Corporate Seretary

Ms. Abounaim was recently appointed CFO and Corporate Secretary, having been the Company's Controller since its initial public offer (IPO) in September 2007, and previously held the position of Senior Financial Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers International. Her experience also includes management positions at several companies in Canada and abroad including the Public Service Alliance of Canada. Ms. Abounaim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Diplôme national d'expertise comptable. Ms. Abounaim is also the CFO of Everton Resources and Majescor Resources in Ottawa.
