Mr. Carbonneau has been a chartered accountant since 1986 and has more than 23 years of experience as a consultant to small and medium-size companies. Until November 2008, he was the CFO of Everton Resources (since May 2004), Majescor Resources (since May 2004) and Adventure Gold (since February 2007). Mr. Carbonneau has also worked for the Public Service Alliance of Canada as an administrator of the pension funds and its insurance trust as well as being the treasurer of the collective insurance funds.
